Mentorn USA is partnering with Ryan Seacrest to co-produce the US version of Make Me a Baby, it was announced today.
The arrangement sees Mentorn and Seacrest’s company, Ryan Seacrest Productions, join forces to make the US version of the hit factual entertainment format, to be entitled American Baby. The format combines big studio events with location shooting as it follows 100 couples on an incredible nine-month journey from conception to childbirth and it will debunk the myths and present the latest and most reliable advice for making babies.
Ryan Seacrest, presenter of American Idol and one of the best-known stars of US television, will be an Executive Producer on the US co-production with Mentorn.

A 4 x 60’ series aired successfully on BBC 3 in the UK earlier in the year and the format has already been made for NCRV in the Netherlands under the title Baby Boom, where it is currently transmitting a 10 x 60’ series and winning its 20.30 primetime slot each week with more than a 17% share.
Mentorn International has also licensed the format to broadcasters and producers in 7 other countries, including Germany, Belgium, Italy, Israel and Australia.
Mentorn USA is an established US production house which currently produces the hit Bravo US series Work Out, now in its third season, and Paradise Hotel, with a second series in production for Fox Reality and MyNetwork.
