Helen Hawken has been appointed as Executive Producer, Specialist and Contemporary Factual.
Hawken joins Mentorn Media from Outline where for the past three years she has been responsible for developing and executive producing reality, factual entertainment, specialist factual, and documentary series for Channel 4, BBC and the main digital channels.

Since joining Outline in 2006 Hawken’s has executive produced over fifty hours of programming including House of Tiny Tearaways (BBC3), Dumped (C4), The Big Experiment (Discovery), Weird Connections (Discovery Science, US) and Living With… Jade (Living).
Prior to Outline, Helen directed, produced, series produced and executive produced a wide range of popular factual, history and science programmes at companies including Endemol, Wall to Wall and Keo Films including: being one of a team of three working on the initial development of Big Brother (C4) in the UK and then going on to work on the award winning Big Brother 1, 2 & 3 first as a Senior Producer and then as Series Editor; Regency House (C4), SPY (BBC), Blizzard: Race to the Pole (BBC), Food & Drink (BBC), and Pet Rescue (C4).
