BBC One's Question Time Invites Birmingham To Ask The Questions
News Image David Dimbleby will be hosting this week’s edition of BBC ONE’s Question Time from Birmingham.

The BBC’s premier political debate programme, Question Time was due to be coming from Llandudno, but with the fast-changing nature of the current political news stories the team are coming to Birmingham.

Question Time Editor, Gill Penlington, explains: “Developments in the political news story are happening very quickly at the moment. We need the capacity to go live if needs be. So we decided to move to Birmingham to give the panelists a chance to return to their constituencies or Westminster straight after the show.

“We are looking for people in Birmingham to join the audience – it is undoubtedly an extraordinary time in politics and it will be the first time the public will be able to put questions directly to politicians about the European Election results.”

The panel will be announced shortly.

To be a member of this week’s audience please contact Alison Fuller on 01299 829299 or by logging on to the BBC Website www.bbc.co.uk/questiontime
