What do you get if you take the most glamorous gym in the sexiest city in the world, throw-in an incredibly driven bunch of personal trainers and a Beverly Hills clientele? Work Out combines drama and glamour as staff and clients live hard and play hard inside and outside Hollywood’s top gym.
Work Out’s clients are drawn from Hollywood’s most beautiful and ambitious community. They’ve all got different reasons and personal ambitions for joining the gym: to slim down for a movie role, to find the love of their life or to catch the eye of a casting agent. Trainers have their targets too; how many clients do they bring in and retain? how successful are their regimes and how happy are their clients? Who is going to be Work Out’s Number One trainer, and who will be fired by the owner if their performance isn‘t up to scratch?
But Work Out isn’t just all weights and circuits. We follow every move of every character as they hit the town and de-stress after hours of pushing themselves to the limit. Relationships form and are tested by personal rivalries and the pressures of working in such a highly motivated environment. The lives of trainers and clients provide all the drama of one of the series Work Out’s characters dream of appearing in.
